Bangkok Sheet Metal Public Company Limited "The Company" would like to inform the details regarding the no.2 exercise of the right to purchase ordinary shares of Bangkok Sheet Metal Public Company Limited No. 2 (BM-W2) as follows:

2.	Period of notification of the intention to exercise	:	Jun 17, 2022 to Jun 23, 2022 (Only Business days)
			Between 9.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m.
3.	Exercise ratio and Exercise price	:	1 unit of warrant : 1 ordinary share
			Exercise price is Baht 1.00 per share

5. Procedure and documents for notification to exercise the Warrants

The Warrant Holders who wish to exercise the Warrants to purchase ordinary shares shall comply with the term of Warrants and the relevant laws regarding the exercise of the Warrants and make payments for new ordinary shares as well as submit the following documents to the Company.

1. A subscription form filled with correct accurate information (the warrant holders can obtain the subscription Form at the Company's head office or download it from (http://bmplc.co.th)).

2. A warrant certificate or a substitution of warrant certificate (for scripless) which identifies that the warrant holder is eligible for the exercise right specified in the subscription form.

In case the Warrants are in Script System, the Warrant Holders are promptly entitled to use the Certificates as an evidence of their intention to exercise their rights to purchase the shares. In case the Warrants are in the Scriptless System, the Warrant Holders who wish to exercise the right shall notify their intention and file with their brokers the completed application for issuing the Warrants or the Certificates as prescribed by the SET. The brokers will notify the TSD to withdraw the Warrants or the Certificates to be used as one of the evidences for the exercise of the right to purchase the shares.

3. Payment in full amounts as specified in the subscription formwithin the specified time by not exceeding the Exercise Date as the following methods:

(A.)	Payment by cash / money transfer

The Warrant holders are required to make payment in full according to the amount of Warrant exercised as indicated in the Exercise Form on each exercise date by: Transfer money to the bank account named "Bangkok Sheet Metal Public Company Limited", Saving Account No. 355-2-56114-4, Siam Commercial Bank Pcl., Bangkru, Phrapradaeng Branch. The evidence of the money transfer must be submitted to the Company within 23 June 2022, where their name, surname, and telephone number are written thereon. In this case, such cash / money transfer must be made within the notification period for exercising warrants.

(B.) Payment by Cheque, Cashier Cheque, Draft or Bank Order

The warrant holders must make the payment by cheque, cashier cheque, draft or bank order which can be called for collection in Bangkok or Samutprakarn, which is subscribed and delivered to the Company within 11am. of 2 days prior to each exercise date. It has to be crossed, made payable to "Bangkok Sheet Metal Public Company Limited" and written name, surname, address, and telephone number on the back. (The cheque must be dated and credited to the account on business days between 17-21 June 2022 during 10.00 a.m. - 3.30 p.m. and before 12.00 p.m. of 21 June 2022.)

The exercise shall be valid only if the payment is collectible. In the event that the payment cannot be collected for whatsoever reasons not caused by the Company, the Warrant Holders shall be deemed as intending to cancel such exercise and the Company correspondingly agrees with such cancellation.

Notes:The Warrant Holders who wish to exercise the rights are responsible for all expenses including taxes and/or duty stamps (if any) according to the provisions of the Revenue Code or any other laws or regulations that are related to or enforced in the exercise of the Warrants (if any).

4. Supporting evidence for subscription
4.1	Thai Citizen	:	Duly Certified copy of identification Card
4.2	Foreigner	:	Duly Certified copy of valid passport
4.3	Thai Juristic Person	:	Duly Certified copy of Affidavit no longer than 3 Months
			and evidence of authorized person (s) in either 6.1 or 6.2
4.4	Foreign Juristic Person	:	Duly Certified copy of corporate documents which are;
			Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association,
			and Certificate of Incorporation, which are certified by
			Notary Public, no longer than 6 Months and evidence of
			authorized person (s) in either 6.1 or 6.2
