Banco de Chile announced that at the Board of Directors' meeting held on June 25, 2015, it was resolved to accept the resignation of the Director and Vice President of the Board Mr. Francisco Aristeguieta Silva.Also, in the same meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Mrs. Jane Fraser as new Director and new Vice President of the Board, until the next ordinary shareholder's meeting.
