Ayala Land, Inc. announced in relation to disclosure dated August 16, 2022 on Mr. Fernando Zobel de Ayala's medical leave of absence as Chairman of Board of Directors, informed that Mr. Zobel de Ayala tendered his resignation as member and Chairman of Board effective immediately to allow him to focus more on his recovery and health. His replacement will be elected by Board in due course.
