SUB: ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP BY AXIS BANK LIMITED ("Bank")
We are pleased to inform that the Bank has allotted 1,57,406 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on August 29, 2022 pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.
The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 614,33,84,356 (307,16,92,178 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,36,99,168 (307,18,49,584 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
