Its retail business solution provides retail advertising production systems, related database management and retail printing. Retail include general and academic book retail and online retail. On November 1, 2010, the Company acquired Hirt & Carter and Universal Print Group. On April 1, 2011, the Company purchased 39.9% stake in PA Group Media, a property advertising business. On April 30, 2011, it acquired the remaining 49% of Amorphous Corporate.
