to allocate, outstanding balance (thousand NTD) up to the date of
occurrence, reason for new loan (thousand NTD):
(1) Company : Aurotek (Shanghai) Inc.
(2) Relationship : Aurotek (Shanghai) Inc. whose voting shares is 100% owned
by AUROTEK.
(3) Ceiling amount of loans (thousand): NT$277,394
(4) The amount of the original loans (thousand): NT$66,744
(5) The amount of additional loans (thousand): NT$33,905
(6) Whether or not the board of directors authorize the chairperson
to give loans for the borrowing counterparty : No.

(8) The reason for loans : According to Accounting Research And Development
Foundation Interpretation 93-167,accounts receivable -related parties
that exceed the normal credit term should be reclassified to other
receivables -related parties then disclosure as loan to others.
