Atlantis Technology Group is a business development company. On October 22, 2007, the Company signed a letter of intent to purchase a 12.5% interest in Technology Holding Company Intervision Network. On October 25, 2007, the Company signed a letter of intent to purchase a 25% equity interest in a real estate media company. In October 2007, the Company incorporated three Nevada corporations that are its wholly owned subsidiaries. The Companies are Atlantis Media Group, Atlantis Communications Group and Atlantis Energy Corporation.
