Asia Plus Group Holdings Public Company Limited announced in the Board of Director's meeting held on September 23, 2020 has passed a resolution on the appointment of Mr. Chanitr Charnchainarong as Independent Director, member of the Audit Committee, member of the Nomination Committee, member of the Risk Management Committee and member of the Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee for replacement of director. This appointment is effective from September 23, 2020 onwards.
