Asia Plus Group Holdings Public Company Limited announced that the Board of Director's meeting no. 9/2020 held on August 11, 2020 acknowledged that Mr. Satit Chanjavanakul has resigned from Independent Director, member of the Audit Committee, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, member of the Risk Management Committee and member of the Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee due to the other responsibilities, thus unable to fully dedicate sufficient time to perform his duty for the Company, effective from August 11, 2020 onwards.
