Results of Tender Offer

Following the close of the Tender Offer Period on 14 March 2022, a total of Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Eight (4,558) common shares of APX were tendered pursuant to the Tender Offer, accepted and thereafter purchased by the Bidder via a block sale through the facilities of the PSE on 21 March 2022. The shares were purchased at the Tender Offer Price of One Peso and Thirty Centavos (Php1.30) per share with a total transaction value of Five Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Five Pesos and Forty Centavos (Php5,925.40). The tendered shares have been fully paid and settled on 24 March 2022. Attached as Exhibit I of this Tender Offer Report is a certification by the Tender Offer Agent as to the tender offer period, total number of shares tendered and crossed on 21 March 2022, the total cross price and full payment and settlement of the cross price on 24 March 2022. Following the completion of the Tender Offer, the Bidder owns, directly and indirectly, 3,409,851,703 common shares of APX or 54.75% of the issued and outstanding common shares of APX.
