Anixa Biosciences, Inc. is a biotechnology company developing vaccines and therapies that are focused on critical unmet needs in oncology. Its segments include CAR-T Therapeutics, Cancer Vaccines, Anti-Viral Therapeutics and Other. Its vaccine programs include the development of a preventative vaccine against triple negative breast cancer (TNBC), the most lethal form of breast cancer, as well as other forms of breast cancer and the development of a preventative vaccine against ovarian cancer. Its therapeutics programs include the development of a chimeric endocrine receptor T cell therapy, a novel form of chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) technology, initially focused on treating ovarian cancer, which is being developed by its subsidiary, Certainty Therapeutics, Inc. (Certainty). Certainty is developing immuno-therapy drugs against cancer. The Companyâs vaccine portfolio consists of technology focused on the immunization against specific retired proteins.
