3GA Participat)es S.A announced that it has entered into committed PIPE subscriptions and non-redemption agreements for the gross proceeds of $168 million on July 6, 2022. The transaction will include participation from high-profile institutional investors and high net-worth individuals, including Constellation Investimentos E Participat)es Ltda, Opportunity HDF Participat)es S.A., XP Inc., and returning investor Ambipar Participat)es e Empreendimentos S.A. As a part of the transaction, Ambipar Participat)es e Empreendimentos S.A. will invest $50.5 million in the company.
