At the meeting of the board of directors of Ambev S.A. held on November 6, 2017, the company approved the replacement of the current Soft Drinks Executive Officer, Mr. Fernando Dias Soares, by Mr. Eduardo Braga Cavalcanti de Lacerda, effective as of January 1, 2018. The new executive officer will be sworn into his respective position on January 1, 2018, upon the execution of the instrument of investiture in the proper book, at which time he will execute a statement confirming that there is no impediment to his election to the Company’s Board of Executive Officers, and the term of his mandate shall expire on May 11, 2019.
