STRIKE OFF OF A DORMANT SUBSIDIARY

The Board of Directors of Amara Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Catering Concepts & Management Services Pte Ltd, an indirect dormant subsidiary of the Company, has applied to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority to strike off its name from the register pursuant to Section 344 of the Companies Act, Cap. 50.

The strike off will not have any material impact on the earnings per share and net tangible assets of the Company and the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2017.

None of the Company's Directors or substantial shareholders has any interest, direct or indirect, in this transaction other than through their shareholdings in the Company.
