Amara Holdings Limited Appoints Chang Meng Teng as Lead Independent Director and Chairman of Audit Committee and Member of Nominating and Remuneration Committees

The board of directors of Amara Holdings Limited announced that the board has appointed Mr. Chang Meng Teng, a Non-Executive Independent Director of the company, as the Lead Independent Director of the company with effect from 20 March 2014. Mr. Chang is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee as well as a member of the Nominating and the Remuneration Committees.
