Amara Holdings Limited Announces the Resignation of Richard Khoo Boo Yeong as Non-Executive, Independent Director, Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees and Member of the Audit Committee, Effective April 1, 2017

The Board of Directors of Amara Holdings Limited announced the resignation of Mr. Richard Khoo Boo Yeong as a Non-Executive, Independent Director of the company with effect from April 1, 2017. Following his resignation as a Director, Mr. Khoo will also cease to be the Chairman of the Nominating and Remuneration Committees and a member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
