Amara Holdings Limited announced that upon the recommendation of the Nominating Committee which has reviewed the qualification and experience of Mr. Chua Teck Huat Bill, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Chua as an Independent Director of the Company. Professional Qualifications are Bachelor of Arts (Economics) Degree and Bachelor of Engineering Honours Class 1 (Industrial) Degree, The University of Newcastle, Australia.
