CHANGE OF NAME OF SUBSIDIARY

The Board of Directors of Amara Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that its Group subsidiary, Myanmar Central Investment Pte. Ltd., being the wholly-owned subsidiary of Amara Hospitality Capital Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has changed its name from "Myanmar Central Investment Pte. Ltd." to "Amara Investments (Europe) Pte. Ltd.".
