Aluf Holdings, Inc. (OTCPK:AHIX) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Interaqt Corporation from Dany Bouchedid on April 10, 2019. The Interaqt Corporation will continue to work as COLOTRAQ with the same team. The transaction is subjected to customary closing conditions. The transaction is expected to close on or by April 30, 2019.
