Norman H. Pessin Nominates Candidate to the Board of AltiGen Communications

On October 22, 2012, Norman H. Pessin sent a letter to shareholders of AltiGen Communications, Inc. stating that he has nominated Michael Brodsky to serve as a Class I director. In addition, Norman H. Pessin stated that shareholders will soon receive proxy material calling for an annual meeting and the election of 2 Class I directors .Further, Norman H. Pessin stated that he is soliciting shareholders vote to support Michael Brodsky election to replace Tacheng Chester Wang and also asked for shareholders support in reelecting Alan Howe as a Class I director. In addition, Norman H. Pessin stated that the success of the Michael Brodsky election will send a message to the current Board, led by Gilbert Hui, that the shareholders are desirous of change.
