Altice USA announced the appointment of Shuvankar Roy as the company's Senior Vice President of Customer Experience. Shuvankar reports directly to Matt Marino, Executive Vice President of Consumer Services. Shuvankar (Shu), who joins Altice USA with over two decades of experience at various major telecommunications providers, is responsible for enhancing the Altice USA customer journey, with a focus on implementing a modern, refreshed, and consistent service and support experience to better serve the company's five million customers across 21 states.
