Cogedim, a subsidiary of Altarea, has announced the VEFA (vente en état futur d'achèvement) sale of the Urbanclay building in Toulouse to Midi Foncière, owned by the Caisse d'Epargne de Midi-Pyrénées and managed by MIDI 2i.

This 2,975 sq. m. office program is the precursor of the new service sector hub in the Jolimont district, part of the Toulouse Guillaumet eco-neighborhood, a mixed-use project designed by Altarea and Crédit Agricole Immobilier.

Spread over five floors, Urbanclay will offer office space of around 500 m², divisible into two equivalent areas, each with two external loggias. Delivery of the building is scheduled for the second quarter of 2024.
