Alliance Material Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the half year ended June 30, 2020. For the half year, the company announced sales was TWD 271.176 million compared to TWD 222.090 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 16.648 million compared to TWD 2.826 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 16.992 million compared to TWD 3.656 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.75 compared to TWD 0.16 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 0.74 compared to TWD 0.16 a year ago.
Alliance Material Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and distribution of optical films. The Company's products include liquid crystal display (LCD) backlight module materials, polymer materials, electrical and electronic insulating adhesive materials, industrial adhesive tapes and double-sided tapes, fine chemical materials and optical protective film materials. Its LCD backlight module materials include diffusion films, reflective films, prism films and blackout reflective materials. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia and Europe.
