National Bank of Egypt S.A.E acquired 5.8% stake in Al Ezz Dekheila Steel Company - Alexandria S.A.E. (CASE:IRAX) from Al Ahly Capital Holding Company for approximately EGP 730 million on December 23, 2019. Under the terms of the deal, 0.77 million shares of Al Ezz Dekheila are purchased at an offer per share of EGP 941.4. National Bank of Egypt S.A.E completed the acquisition of 5.8% stake in Al Ezz Dekheila Steel Company - Alexandria S.A.E. (CASE:IRAX) from Al Ahly Capital Holding Company on December 23, 2019.
