Al-Bareeq Holding Co. (K.S.C.P.) agreed to acquire Tadawul Company from Abdul Wahhab Al Sanad for KWD 9.5 million.

Al-Bareeq Holding Co. (K.S.C.P.) (KWSE:BAREEQ) agreed to acquire Tadawul Company from Abdul Wahhab Al Sanad for KWD 9.5 million on August 26, 2015. Under the terms of the agreement, in consideration Al-Bareeq Holding will transfer its 90% of the unlisted shares' portfolio.

The Board of Directors of Al-Bareeq will hold meeting on August 27, 2015 to discuss the transaction. As on August 27, 2015, the Board of Directors of Al-Bareeq Holding approved the transaction.
