AJIS Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:4659) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 500,000 shares, representing 5.68% of the outstanding shares for ¥1,602.5 million. The purpose of the program is to implement a flexible capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. As of October 31, 2018, the company had 8,805,413 shares outstanding and 1,965,787 shares in treasury.
