Ajanta Pharma Limited at its Board of Directors meeting held on 31st January 2024, considered and approved the following: 2nd interim dividend for the year Fiscal Year 2024. Each share of INR 2 face value will receive a divided of INR 26, amounting to INR 3,270 Million. Fixed 8th February 2024 as the Record date for payment of 2nd interim dividend.
Dividend will be paid on or after 19th February 2024.
