Ainavo Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:7539) entered into contract to acquire 10% stake in Imamura Jutaku Kiki K.K. and 10% stake in Imamura Tile K.K. on September 1, 2017. Ainavo Holdings Co., Ltd. will acquire 4,750 common shares of Imamura Tile and 2,000 common shares of Imamura Jutaku Kiki. Board of Directors of Ainavo Holdings Co., Ltd made a resolution in favor of the transaction on September 1, 2017. The tentative share transfer date is October 2, 2017.
