Agencias Universales SA (AGUNSA) is a Chile-based company engaged in the marine logistics sector. The Company's activities are divided into four business segments: Agencies, which focuses on freight transportation arrangements and services related to documentation, containers administration and bunkering; Concessions, which is responsible for the operation of marine terminals and airports; Logistics, which offers ground logistics services, as well as transport, storage and distribution of containers, and Other, which includes other non-logistics operations. The Company is present in Europe, Asia and the Americas. It operates through Consorcio Aeroportuario de Magallanes SA, Recursos Portuarios y Estibas Ltda, Terminales y Servicios de Contenedores SA, Petromar SA, Modal Trade SA, Aretina SA and CCNI Peru SA, among others. The Company is a subsidiary of Grupo Empresas Navieras SA.
