AEye, Inc. Appoints Tierney as Treasurer, and Principal Financial Officer, Removing the Interim Designation

As previously reported, on March 14, 2023, AEye, Inc.'s Board of Directors appointed Conor B. Tierney as the Company's interim Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and principal financial officer, effective March 31, 2023. On May 1, 2023, the Board appointed Mr. Tierney as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and principal financial officer, removing the interim designation, and made Mr. Tierney a party to the Company's (i) Change in Control Severance Agreement and (ii) Indemnification Agreement, the forms of which have been previously disclosed by the Company.
