ESPRIT GASSIER IS ADDING A NEW ROSE-TINTED TASTING MOMENT

TO THE 'JOURNEY IN PROVENCE' COLLECTION

Gassier is always working on something new and is now ready to reveal the 7th tasting moment from the 'Journey in Provence' collection. This new bottle design marks the release of the 2021 vintage of cuvée Esprit Gassier, an AOP Côtes de Provence rosé. This simple and romantic tasting moment was created in collaboration with @Onmetlesvoiles, an iconic, globetrotting couple originally from Provence.

A 7th 'TASTING MOMENT' HAS NOW BEEN ADDED TO THE 'JOURNEY IN PROVENCE' COLLECTION FOR THE 2021 VINTAGE

Following the success of the first six tasting moments from the 'Journey in Provence' collection, it was a natural decision for Gassier to continue this collaborative project in 2022. This year the emphasis is placed on romance, the warms colors of Provence and the travels of a loved up duo of influencers from Provence @onmetlesvoiles. Their passion for nature and idyllic settings led them to come up with the 'romantic sunset overlooking the 'île d'or' tasting moment. They took this romantic idea and then transferred it to the 100% silkscreen printed bottles from Esprit Gassier. Everything that is dear to them is encapsulated in a single theme resulting in an authentic postcard from Provence: the île d'Or at sunset, a bench to admire the glorious views with their other half, the couple's signature hat and the soft pinky tones of Provence beneath the setting sun.

The nose discloses notes of citrus fruits and dried mango which give way to a smooth and rich palate with aromas of Corsican clementine and grapefruit.
