AdVini reports net income of 3.3 million euros for 2022, down from 4.5 million the previous year, and a current EBITDA margin down 0.4 points to 7.6%, mainly due to higher labor costs.

The wine group's sales came to 297.8 million euros, up 6.3% (+1.2% on a like-for-like basis) following the acquisitions of BVC Bodegas (Spain) in April 2021 and Kleine Zalze (South Africa) in July 2022.

A dividend of 0.35 euros per share will be proposed to the AGM on June 16. The geopolitical context and consumer behavior in the face of further price hikes on the markets call for AdVini to be cautious about the outlook for 2023 sales.
