We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, April 22, 2024 has approved the following: -

1. Re-appointmentof Mr. Tushar Shah (DIN: 01638250) as a Non-Executive Director of the Company who retires by rotation at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders.
2. Re-appointmentof Mr. Murali Krishnan L R as a Manager of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, subject to approval of the shareholders.
3. On the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board has considered and approved, the appointment of Dr. Sethurathnam Ravi (DIN: 00009790) as an 'Additional Director' in the category of Non-Executive - Independent Director' of the Company w.e.f. 22nd April 2024.
4. Appointment of M/s. BNP & Associates, Company Secretaries (FRN P2014MH037400), as the Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the financial year 2024-25.

The meeting commenced at 16.30 P.M. and concluded at 17.50 P.M.
