Accenture announced on Monday the acquisition of Japanese technology consulting firm CLIMB, without however specifying the amount of the transaction.

In a press release, the American group explains that CLIMB, founded in 1989, specializes in systems integration and IT infrastructure management.

Its 200 or so engineers work with financial groups, industrial companies, telecom operators and public administrations, mainly based in Maebashi, the city where the company was founded.
