Íslandsbanki hf Appoints Svana Helen Björnsdóttir as Deputy Board Member; Approves Dividend

The Annual General Meeting of Íslandsbanki hf was held April 2. At the meeting the shareholders appointed Svana Helen Björnsdóttir as deputy board member.

At the meeting the shareholders also approved a dividend of ISK 4.0 billion.
