Musk in trouble with the SEC again. Last October, the US courts upheld an agreement between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Elon Musk: his resignation as chairman of the board and a $20 million fine for Tesla. Musk's speeches also had to be monitored, including his tweets. Now the SEC is asking a judge to look into Musk as he allegedly violated the agreement with a tweet last week about producing 500,000 cars this year. The tweet has since been deleted.


Back to America. Carlos Tavares, president of French car manufacturer PSA, has just officially confirmed that it is with the Peugeot brand that the group will start selling cars on the North American market again. It was with Peugeot's withdrawal that PSA left this territory in 1991.

Marks & Spencer eyes JV with Ocado. Marks & Spencer has confirmed that it is in discussions with Ocado Group regarding a joint venture in UK, Bloomberg reports. However, it pointed out that there is no certainty that these discussions will result in any agreement.

Big in Japan. Japan's Fair Trade Commission is considering launching an investigation of Amazon loyalty program in the country to assess whether the company’s policy of requiring third-party sellers to cover the cost of purchase points violates antitrust laws, Nikkei Asian review reports.
