KUALA LUMPUR (Reuters) - Malaysia's foreign minister on Thursday urged a special envoy of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to meet with representatives of an outlawed shadow National Unity Government (NUG) in military-ruled Myanmar.
