MOSCOW, Feb 28 (Reuters) - Russia's largest lender Sberbank intends to pay a dividend of 50% of net profit for 2023, CEO German Gref said on Wednesday.

Sberbank earlier reported a record annual profit of 1.5 trillion roubles ($16.3 billion) for 2023, a more than five-fold increase on the previous year as Russia's banking sector recovered from the impact of financial sanctions. (Reporting by Reuters; Editing by Mark Trevelyan)
