BENGALURU (Reuters) - Indian edtech firm Byju's said on Friday that its investors who are calling for the ouster of its chief executive have no voting rights to bring about a change of leadership, as per their shareholder agreement.
On Thursday a group of shareholders including tech investor Prosus called for the removal of founder Byju Raveendran as the once popular startup struggles to overcome a series of crises.
