Mr. Tauno Tats runs all of the operations, management, administration, and business development for ASI.
He holds an M.Sc.
degree from the Tallinn Technical University, and prior to joining ASI he served as the Vice-Chancellor for the Ministry of Finance, Estonia.
In the Ministry he was responsible for, among other things, the merger of the Taxation and Customs Boards of Estonia an extremely complex and significant milestone for the administration.
He has strong executive management experience from the private sector as well, including from within the banking and industrial market segments.
