In her former roles, Ms. Hidayat worked as the President Director at Korn Ferry from 2007 to 2009.
She also served as the Director-Human Resources at PT Jakarta International Container Terminal from 2017 to 2019.
Prior to that, she held the position of Director-Organization & Talent Development at PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok from 2015 to 2017.
She was the President Director at PT Korn from 2007 to 2009.
Ms. Hidayat also worked as a Partner at PT IBM Indonesia from 2002 to 2006.
She started her career at PT Accenture, where she served as an Associate Partner from 1988 to 2002.
