Steve Goddard

The London Company of Virginia LLC (The London Company) is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. The firm was originally founded in 1994 by Stephen Goddard. In its present state, the firm was formed in 2012 through a corporate reorganization in connection with a minority equity investment made in the firm by LPC London LP, an affiliate of Lincoln Peak Capital. They are a subsidiary of TLC Holdings LLC. The London Company provides discretionary portfolio management services to individuals and institutional investors through separately managed accounts, mutual funds and select channels.

Flippin, Bruce & Porter, Inc. (FBP) is a registered investment advisory firm headquartered in Lynchburg, Virginia. The firm was founded in 1985 by John Flippin, John Bruce and Greg Porter. They are a subsidiary of Cantor Fitzgerald Investment Advisors LP, ultimately owned by Cantor Fitzgerald LP. FBP manages assets for institutions, endowments, foundations, mutual funds, and individuals.
