Robert H. Zeiger

Robert H.
Zeiger has been a Director of Critical Therapeutics, Inc. since October 2004 and Executive Chairman and Chairman since June 2006.
He was a Lead Independent Director of Critical Therapeutics from February 2005 to June 2006.
From May 1995 to October 2000, Mr. Zeiger held variety positions at Viragen, Inc. and was Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer from May 1995 to September 1998 and Vice Chairman from October 1998 to October 2000.
From 1985 to 1994, he held various positions at Glaxo, Inc. and was Vice President and General Manager of Glaxo Dermatology, Allen & Hanbury and Glaxo Pharmaceuticals.
From 1979 to 1985, Mr. Zeiger was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Stiefel Laboratories and National Sales Manager of Knoll Pharmaceutical from 1971 to 1979.
He received a BS degree in Marketing from Loyola University.
