Philip Mercorella

Mr. Mercorella is an accomplished Senior Executive with extensive leadership experience in developing businesses for growth and profitability.
Currently he serves as Operating Partner and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Diesel Service and Supply, Inc. in addition to other investment activities in the U.S.
and Canada.
He was with Herman Miller, Inc. for several years where he led a number of U.S.
and International business units as either CEO or General Manager in the general office furniture, heath care and light assembly factory environments.
Mr. Mercorella also served Herman Miller as the Executive Vice President of the parent company and as a member of the Executive Committee.
During his tenure at Herman Miller he had direct P & L responsibility for various units including the world-wide Office Systems business with $700 million in annual sales revenue and 1100 employees.
After leaving Herman Miller, Mr. Mercorella served for 6 years as President/CEO of Mark VII Inc., the largest manufacturer of touch-free commercial car wash equipment in the U.S.
He has participated in over a dozen private equity transactions in the U.S.
and Canada as an Operating Partner & Director.
Mr. Mercorella has an MBA in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University and a BBA in Management from Saint Francis College in New York City.
