Phil Cunningham

Phil Cunningham is a Managing Director at Accel-KKR with special focus on the firm’s efforts in the emerging growth companies sector.
Prior to Accel-KKR, Phil was the Chief Executive Officer of Advicent Solutions, a provider of SaaS technology solutions for the financial services industry, servicing the world’s largest financial institutions as well as the more than 300,000 financial advisors across the globe.
As the CEO he led all aspects of the business.
Phil’s current board seats include: Blue Mountain Quality Resources, Endalia, FM:Systems, GPS Insight, Pegaso, Siigo, Singletrack, Teamcore, Unimarket and Uptick.
Phil’s former Accel-KKR selected directorships include: ITC (sold to Zywave in 2020), Salsa Labs (sold to EveryAction in 2021) and Cloud9 Software (sold to PlanetDDS in 2023).
Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from Rockhurst University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame – Mendoza School of Business.
