Before joining Mediterrania Capital Partners in 2013, Mohamed Ali Abdelhak spent four years at EY Paris as a Senior Consultant in Transaction Advisory Services.
Later, he continued to develop his career at Mediterrania, where he began taking part in various investment phases including market research and the risk identification of target companies, the designing of business plans and company valuation, and the preparation of investment memorandums.
Mohamed Ali’s strong track record has been built thanks to his close involvement in several SMEs and Mid-Cap deals for Mediterrania in the Maghreb region, including two IPOs.
Throughout his years at Mediterrania Capital partners, Mohamed Ali has also developed solid asset management skills and a deep understanding of several core sectors in the region.
Today, he is a Partner of the firm.
Mohamed Ali holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from HEC Tunis (Tunisia) and a Master’s in Management from ESCP Europe Paris (France).
He speaks English, French and Arabic.
