She partners with the business to understand our desired outcomes and enables each person to drive their career and deliver high performance.
Before joining Actis, Lena led a team who worked on Talent, Learning, Inclusion and Diversity, and Employee Engagement across APAC and EMEA at CBRE.
Lena is a qualified Executive Coach and holds a MSc in Occupational Psychology and a MA in Personnel and Development.
