Rathbones Asset Management Ltd. (RAM) is the wholly-owned fund management subsidiary of Rathbones Group Plc (LON: RAT) in Great Britain. Originally founded as Laurence Keen Unit Trust Management Ltd. in 1989, the firm was acquired by the Rathbone Group in 1995 and was renamed Rathbone Unit Trust Management Ltd. in 1999. They became Rathbones Asset Management Ltd. in 2023. Headquartered in London, RAM manages the Rathbone family of equity and fixed-income funds for retail investors and segregated institutional accounts.

UBS Ltd. (Broker) is the Great Britain-based brokerage division of UBS Ltd.,the wholly-owned subsidiary of Switzerland-based UBS AG (SWX: UBSN; NYSE: UBS). Established in 1975, the firm is located in London. UBS Ltd.'s business is organized in three departments: fixed-income, rates and currencies; equity and investment banking. UBS Ltd. (Broker) engages in equity trading, equity derivatives and equity-linked products. The equity research department covers a diverse range of sectors globally and also supplies macroeconomic analysis, quantitative and derivative research. The fixed-income, rates and currency business covers credit, rates, commodities including energy and metals, municipal bonds, Forex and cash and collateral trading globally. Insight Investment Management (Global) Ltd. (Insight) is the UK-based specialist asset management subsidiary of Insight Investment Management Ltd., ultimately held by The Bank of New York Mellon Corp. (NYSE: BK) in the US. Headquartered in London, the firm was founded in 1964 as an in-house asset manager for the insurance assets of HBOS, and was acquired by Bank of New York Mellon Corp. in 2009. The firm provides liability-driven investment solutions, fixed-income and alternative investments for a range of clients which includes pension funds, corporates, local authorities, insurers, sovereign wealth funds, wealth managers, financial institutions and individual investors. Insight is a founding signatory of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI).
