Justin Grand? is a Principal at Finback Investment Partners.? Justin has more than 10 years of investment and finance experience with a focus on middle and upper middle market investing.? Prior to joining Finback, Justin worked with the firm’s managing directors for five years as a Vice President at Dock Square Capital, where he was instrumental in building the firm’s legacy portfolio.? Previously, Justin led an entrepreneurial endeavor where he was the Head of Strategy and Operations for a venture-backed waste and recycling company with operations across the U.S.? He also spent several years at Comvest Partners, an operationally focused middle market private equity firm with close to $4 billion in assets under management.? He started his career as an investment banking analyst at JPMorgan, within the firm’s leveraged finance group.? Justin serves on the Board for Spectrio and is a Board Observer for Academic Partnerships and Seniorlink.? Justin holds a B.A.
