Joyce Lau

Ms. Lau joined Bain Capital in 2017.
She is a Vice President in the Healthcare Vertical and is a member of the North American Private Equity team.
Prior to Bain Capital, Ms. Lau was the COO at IT life cycle management company Sprout (fka Smart Metals Recycling).
She also worked at Coinbase in business development.
Ms. Lau graduated from Cambridge University, Lucy Cavendish College with a MPhil in Economic and Social History.
She also received a BS in Math and a BA in History at Duke University.
